Peace Meditation

Begin by connecting to your higher power, and ask your Guides and Angels to help you bring peace into all 4 of your bodies.

As you speak the intentions below – speak or think them with real feelings!

 

Place your hands on your forehead and take a deep breath and repeat 3 times:

“I bring peace to my mind. I bring peace to my mind. I bring peace to my mind.

(Peace for your Mental Body)

 

Place your hand on your heart and take a deep breath and repeat 3 times:

“I bring peace to my heart. I bring peace to my heart. I bring peace to my heart.”

(Peace for your Emotional Body)

 

Place your hand on your stomach and take a deep breath and repeat 3 times:

“I bring peace to my body. I bring peace to my body. I bring peace to my body.”

(Peace for your Physical Body)

 

Place your hands above your head in prayer position, take a deep breath, bring your hands down and around your auric field while repeating 3 times:

“I bring peace to my Spirit. I bring peace to my Spirit. I bring peace to my Spirit.
(Peace for your Spiritual Body)

 

Finish with one last deep breath and feel peace flowing within you!
